User Accounts
Users are responsible for their accounts configuration and security tokens:
Account Security
Maintaining structural configuration, browser session security, and account verification keys.
Password Confidentiality
Keeping secrets, codes, and access passwords confidential to prevent external breach entries.
Accurate Information
Providing genuine profile names, email addresses, phone digits, and medical status files.
Updating Profiles
Promptly modifying contact files, clinic listing details, or certifications upon alteration changes.
Preventing Breach Access
Instantly reporting suspicious login logs or unauthorized access events to platform officers.
Patient Responsibilities
- Provide truthful medical history, fertility logs, and lab documents.
- Attend scheduled online and in-clinic consultation slots.
- Maintain respectful communication with healthcare professionals.
- Avoid misuse of booking links or spamming provider channels.
- Follow treatment guidelines and direct prescription instructions.
Doctor Responsibilities
- Maintain active medical practice licenses and registrations in respective State Medical Councils.
- Ensure all uploaded qualifications, degrees, and training details remain authentic and updated.
- Provide accurate consultation fees, clinic specialities, and treatment capabilities.
- Update schedule slots and clinic availability regular intervals to prevent duplicate booking logs.
- Follow high ethical medical practices and telemedicine clinical guidelines of India.
Clinic Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate clinic name, coordinates map, and business registrations.
- Verify the credentials and current licensing of all doctors associated with the clinic listing.
- Ensure treatments lists (IVF, IUI, ICSI) are updated based on valid laboratory setups.
- Maintain high professional healthcare establishment standards.

Platform slot requests depend strictly on:

Scheduling Policy
All appointment bookings remain subject to validation limits. Appointment requests may be cancelled or rescheduled based on provider availability logs.
AI Healthcare Assistant
The AI assistant provides educational fertility guidance and support resources only.
No Medical Diagnosis: It does not replace professional medical evaluations, diagnoses, or prescriptions. Users should always consult a licensed fertility specialist before making healthcare decisions.
If the AI advisor cannot respond to your query or you require human escalation, the platform supports designated routes:

Payments & Refunds

Compliance Rules: Future payment integrations will strictly follow the financial rules, RBI compliance regulations, and transaction limits of India.
Reviews & Ratings
Patients hold rights to submit genuine, honest reviews detailing their consultation experience on the marketplace.
Fake, abusive, copy-pasted, or misleading reviews will be removed instantly. Doctors and clinics are strictly prohibited from manipulating review ratings.
Medical Disclaimer
Technology Platform Status
IUI Clinic acts solely as a technology platform connecting patients with independent healthcare providers.
Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment courses, and prescription parameters are the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare professionals who consult on the platform.
IUI Clinic does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for treatment outcomes, success rates, or laboratory performance.
Intellectual Property
All logos, branding coordinates, custom designs, software source codes, user interface configurations, illustrations, and database structures belong exclusively to IUI Clinic.
Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, mirroring, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.
Privacy Policy
Your utilization of the IUI Clinic platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details our data security infrastructure, encryption types, and DPDPA rights.

The platform is not liable for clinical outcomes or treatment claims.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of your access to or use of the platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
